To Partner, connect, build, and maintain relationships with the relevant stakeholders. To identify and involve existing community structures, educational institutions along with government and private sectors.
Building relationships with these institutions and structures allows JRW to extend the information,
services and assistance to the beneficiaries.

BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION
The name JRW VISIONS derived from the founder’s perception of what the community could be with the right resources and support. JRW is an organization which recognizes the strong standing members of the community and inhabitants of Philadelphia.

This proud Philadelphia organization was formed in 2021 and registered its Non-Profit on 14 December 2023. The main aim is to build a strong community through skill development.

The organization was founded by Mr. Willie Norris Jr. whose passion is to help vulnerable unemployed youth and the low-income by equipping them with tools and resources which will make a positive change in their lives.
JRW ideas came through the members’ exposure from their own experience within the public and private sector where they struggled to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to achieve their goals and objectives.

JRW VISIONS services are based on the four (4) principles:

• Information (direct and referred),

• Job data and readiness center,

• Life / Skills development, education and

• Enterprise Development.

The geographical area that JRW serves is within South Philadelphia and surrounding areas. The organization is governed by board members who come from different backgrounds, passionate and equipped to contribute positively to the organization in their area of expertise.
